You can enter on-line via our secure server with the added advantage of credit card payment by either Mastercard or VISA. All credit card entries will receive automatic confirmation of entry by return email.
- REFUNDS If you decide not to race after your entry has been accepted and you let us know by the event closing date (27 January), we will give you a 50% refund of your entry fee. After this date no refund will be payable.
- CANCELLATION In the event of any “act of God” causing a cancellation of the event, or personal circumstances preventing you from participating, your total entry is non-refundable.
- MERCHANDISE PURCHASES AND REFUNDS For merchandise orders, it is important that you select your correct size option when ordering online. T-shirts are printed to order, please be careful when selecting your size as they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- MERCHANDISE DELIVERY You can collect your merchandise order prior to the event during Registration. Merchandise orders received after the closing date (including orders received on event day) will not be available at registration, but will be mailed to you and will incur an additional $5 fee for postage and handling fee.
